Many homeowners are calling us to see if we have a list of the paint colors used on their home.

We do not; however, you can call the following Richmond American Number: (703) 390-0936

Give them your address and they can tell you the brand of paint and the colors used for inside and outside of your home.

About the Architectural Control Committee

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is a standing committee of the Board of Directors and has jurisdiction over modifications, additions, and alterations made on or to existing buildings, structures, lots or property. The ACC is delegated the responsibility of ensuring that proposed exterior alterations to homeowner properties within the Association comply with the objectives set forth in the Covenants. Their main function is to assure that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions, the governing documents, which set the standards of Ashbrook's quality of design, is implemented and maintained.

The ACC members (made up of volunteer homeowners) conduct regular and systematic community-wide inspections to ensure compliance with governing documents. The ACC meets the 2nd Thursday of the month at Gold's Gym at 7:30 pm. The deadline for homeowners to submit their applications to Millenium Management is the 1st Friday of the month.
